Traveling With Friends

Image
February 17th, 2018 9:30am I was on a motorcycle that looked oddly like my actual motorcycle only there is no back bar.  It was me and two other guys all on it.  We we're new but very close friends.  I was in the very back but for some reason had the perspective of being almost directly to the left of the guy in front of me. It was very late in the evening and the sky was dark.  The guy driving the motorcycle knew where we were going and drove with confidence as well as speed.  We encountered a number of oddly placed traffic congestions of up to 8 or 9 cars at most, and occasionally a semi truck or two as well.  It was odd because we were traveling through the countryside on old one lane roads. There were two notable instances of skill for the guy driving the bike.  One was at an intersection with a single orange street light.  We were to make our last turn before final stretch reaching our destination.  Without being able to see any l...

The Place That Tries To Keep You

January 13th, 2018 12:20pm Sam, Elise, and I went to an establishment for a good time.  This place was amazing yet there was an intentional vibe of insecurity put on by the place itself.  It was full of entertainment and drinks and people doing all kinds of supplied activities.  We were all sitting in a small indoor pool when I first witnessed the real thrill of going to this place.  They intentionally misspelled my name on our rather large floating drinks.  There was a man trying to make a call out on a phone by the pool.  The phone wasn't working properly.  No matter what the man dialed on the rotary he would be connected with someone who worked at the establishment laughing at him and assuring him that the phone worked and could call out.  There was also an employee next to the man randomly hanging up his call or dialing a random number.  This was the real reason for coming here.  The place was made to fuck with you.  After my...

The Walk to School

November 8th, 2017 9:51am I was on my way home in an airplane when I encountered a dangerous adversary.  There is a dog somewhere.  A small tussle led to me having to jump out of the plane while it was flying at a lower altitude.  I was a girl in a yellow and white school uniform with a black backpack.  It was morning with partial cloud cover.  As I fell through a cloud I saw the ground for the first time.  It didn't feel like I was falling, and I felt very in control.  I adjusted to glide forward as I descended.  Then, with enough momentum, I adjusted upward and managed to stall in attempting a loop de loop.  Completing the flip I was now hurtling toward the ground much faster than I intended.  I adjusted to glide quickly enough, and managed to pull up just before I met the ground.  Having done all this, I was charged with adrenaline.  I ran as soon as I met the ground and was somehow able to jump and glide over some foliag...

The First Race

August 17th, 2017 11:20am Racing. Running a world race. Running atop a mound like a levee. A native guy breaks the rules, joins the run, but runs below the mound. He's getting ahead. The obstacles of wood and furniture begin on the mound. Either side of the mound begins to turn to marsh. It is dangerously filled with oysters and sinking mud. The crowd and contestants urge him not to run there. He smiles and sprints faster. I feel a rush to keep up with the risk he is taking to get ahead. I feel light. I am floating through the obstacles. I briefly take flight pushing myself out of the obstacles closer to the guy running in the marsh. I frantically flap my arms to get back to the mound. The mound turns into a line of fallen trees and the marsh into the beginning of a jungle. I am still floating and feel as if I am almost climbing the trees set in line with the mound. The trees are now set over a river in the thick of a jungle. There are crowds of native people w...
